EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE LIST

Emergency situations responded to 24 hours/day, 7 day/week:
No Heat
Clogged Toilet (Unless there is more than one bathroom.)
Water Gushing/Overflowing
Maintenance situations of URGENT nature that will attempt to be responded to within 24 hours of next business day following date of request:
Refridgerator
Stove
Electrical
No Hot Water
Roof/Ceiling Leak
Clogged Drain
Toilet Running
Safety Issues
All other non-emergency or non-urgent maintenance requests will attempt to be addressed within 72 hours of the next business day following date of request.
NOTE: LOCKOUTS ARE NOT AN EMERGENCY! If you lock yourself out of your apartment during business hours, you can contact our office. If we are available, we will unlock your apartment for a $20.00 fee, payable at time of service. If it is after business hours, or if we are not available, you must call a locksmith!
